New Jersey has not been immune to the nationwide nursing shortage, but the state has taken a proactive approach to the recruitment and retention of nurses, including a unique initiative by Johnson & Johnson to offer scholarships to students pursing nursing study and careers, an initiative the company has introduced in other states, as well.

New Jersey offers students opportunity and incentive, plus the chance to enjoy the lovely Garden State, with miles of beautiful coastline, rolling hills and mountains, fresh homegrown produce, and so many recreational options.
