The Nebraska Center for Nursing is dedicated to the recruitment and retention of nurses within the state. Incentives and increasing accessibility are two key missions of this group in an effort to combat the nursing shortage.

There are plenty of opportunities for nurses in Nebraska, and job openings will increase by an estimated 25.1% through 2012. And where better to live than in the Cornhusker State? Nebraska proudly boasts the largest sand dunes in North America. In the center of the state, north of the Platte River, more than 20,000 square miles of dunes stretch across the plains.
